健康成人血清β_2-微球蛋白参考区间的建立

Establishment of the reference interval of serum β_2-microglobulin for healthy adults

目的了解皖西地区舒城县健康成人的血清p。微球蛋白（p。MG）水平，并建立B。一MG参考区间。方法采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定685名健康成人血清陆一MG，按性别、年龄分组，并进行统计学分析。结果健康成人血清p。一MG呈正态分布，男性高于女性，经z检验，两性参考区间差异无统计学意义，故可合并。G。MG水平随着年龄的增长逐渐增高，各年龄组间用单因素方差分析，结果有统计学意义差异（P〈0．01），故应分年龄段建立参考区间。B。一MG参考区间为：20～29岁，0．45～1．39mg／L；30～39岁，0．46～1．56mg／L；40～49岁，0．52～1．70mg／L；50～59岁，0．68～1．86mg／L；60～69岁，0．86～2．16rag／L；≥70岁，1．ol～2．53mg／L。结论各实验室以及不同实验方法应根据年龄分段，建立自己的血清8z—MG参考区间。

Objective To establish the reference interval of serum β2 microglobuiin（β2-MG） tor healthy adults in 5hucheng county of Wanxi area. Methods HITACHI 7180 automatic biochemistry analyzer with latex enhancement immunoturbidimetry was used for the detection of serumβ2 MG for 685 cases of healthy adults,whom were divided into different groups according to age and gender. Results Serum level ofβ2-MG in healthy adults presented normal distribution,and that in male was higher than female,but without statistical difference.β2 MG level increased with the increase of age gradually,and there were statistical difference between different age groups （P〈0.01）, so it should be distinguished according to different age. The reference intervals of 13z-MG were 0.45--1.39 mg/L for 20--29 years old,0.46--1.56 mg/L for 30--39 years old,0.52-- 1.70 mg/L for 40 49 years old,0.68- 1.86 mg/L for 50--59 years old,0.86--2. 16 mg/L for 60--69 years old and 1.01--2.53 mg/L for more than or equal with 70 years old. Coaclusion Different reference intervals of serum β2-MG should be established according to different age groups in dif ferent clinical laboratories.
