＂Harmony＂ and ＂creating＂ are the very important idea of Chinese traditional culture. They are also the major content of the basic spirit of Chinese culture. The expression of the dialectical relationship between the conception of ＂harmony＂ and ＂creating＂ lies in the fact that ＂creating＂ contains ＂harmony＂ and ＂harmony＂ is the im- portant component part of ＂creating＂. The category of ＂harmony＂ in Chinese traditional culture itself embodies the double intension of ＂harmonious＂ and ＂creating＂, but given 2000 years long history of the Chinese feudal society, ＇harmony＂ moves towards the road of the study of Confucian classics gradually and becomes a kind of very conservative thinking. Today, proceeding form the history and reality ,we carry on the intension of ＂harmonious＂ and ＂creating＂ which once separate at the same time, the idea of Chinese traditional culture is very important to the full-development of the harmonious socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, which is guided by ＂harmony＂ and ＂creating＂ that is the spirit at the core.
