On the Transmission of Chinese and Western Utopia Literature

作为人类对未来和理想社会的一种想象、寄托与表达,乌托邦和文学似乎有着天然的联系,自从人类社会诞生以来,乌托邦创作便在东西方文学宝库中层出不穷,源远流长。中西方乌托邦文学的发展路径和文化品格不尽相同,但其出发点和立足点都是源于对人类当下生活的深切关注和对人类终极命运的的不懈思考。

As one kind of imagination, reposing and the expression of human＇s future and ideal society, utopia and I literature seem to have a natural connection. Since the birth of human society, utopian writing has a long history in Eastern and Western literature. Although the Chinese and Western utopia literature＇s development way and the cultural moral character are different, their starting point and standpoint both stem from the sincere attention to the human contemporary life and the relentless thinking to human ultimate fate.
