摘要
对2吨位电动叉车的驱动装置进行了结构设计改进,取消了独立的减速装置而将其功能分配到齿轮传动系统中,改进后的设计具有结构紧凑、传动效率高等特点.通过COSMOSWorks有限元分析实例解析,证明驱动机构的结构强度和刚性满足设计要求.
The electric forklift has no emissions and is energy saving, so that it has a wide range of applications. The type of electric forklift drive gear structure determines its driving energy conversion efficiency. The structural design improvement has been made on 2 tonnage motor-driven forklift drive mechanism, and the independent decelerating device has been cancelled, while its function has been assigned to the gear drive system. After the improvement, the design has the characteristics of compactness and higher transmission efficiency. Through the COSMOSWorks finite element analysis by means of analytical example, this paper proves that the structural strength and the rigidity of the drive mechanism meet the design requirements.
