摘要
根据含有危险性作业人员而开发的酒精含量测试要求,设计了一种基于TI公司的16位单片机MSP430F449为主控制系统的呼出气体酒精含量探测器,介绍了系统软、硬件的设计思路及其具体实现.实验表明,该系统体积小、功耗低、携带和测量方便、稳定性强、测量精度高,具有良好的应用前景.
According to risk homework personnel alcohol detector requirements about gas density in environment, this paper designs the breath alcohol detector based on 16-unit MSP430F449 in TI Company that act as a key control system. The paper provides the design thought about the hardware and software of this system, collects and processes the analog signals generated by ethanol gas in the fuel cell sensor with the breath alcohol concentration collecting real-time measurement and processed by MSP430. The experiment results indicate that this system configuration has a small volume, power consumption, convenient tote and measure, strong stability, high precision and favorable apply foreground.
