摘要
自冲铆接是在板料和铆钉之间形成连接而不需要预冲孔的新工艺。介绍了自冲铆接的原理,利用有限元软件LS-DYNA对单搭自冲铆接工艺过程进行数值模拟,分析了铆接成形过程、应力应变和时间-载荷变化趋势,对铆接效果及质量进行了评价。
Self- piercing riveting(SPR) is a new process without drilling holes between two panels. It introduces the principle and uses the finite element analysis (FEA) software LS - DYNA to simulate the process of single lap self - piercing riveting, analyzes the riveting forming process, stress, strain and time - load change trend, evaluates the riveting effect and quality.
