摘要
目的评价黄芪联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗妊娠合并病毒性心肌炎的疗效和安全性。方法对32例妊娠合并病毒性心肌炎患者应用黄芪联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗,采用自身对照法,对用药前后的临床症状、体征、心电图、心肌酶、肌钙蛋白I进行分析,根据疗效判定标准分显效、有效、无效。结果治疗效果显著,显效21例,有效8例,总有效率90.62%,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),无明显不良反应。结论黄芪联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗妊娠合并病毒性心肌炎安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluation of astragalus united potassium-magnesium aspartate treatment of viral myocarditis during pregnancy the efficacy and safety.Methods The 32 cases of viral myocarditis during pregnancy were treated with astragalus united potassium-magnesium aspartate,the use of self-control method,the changes of clinical symptoms,signs,electrocardiogram,enzymes,troponin I were analyzed,according to criteria of sub-markedly effective,effective,ineffective.Results Significant treatment effect,sub-markedly effective in 21 cases,effective in 8 cases,total effective rate 90.62%,before and after treatment were significantly different（P〈0.01）,no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Astragalus united potassium-magnesium aspartate therapy of viral myocarditis during pregnancy safe,effective and worthy of clinical application.
