宫颈电圈环切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察宫颈电热圈环切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的临床疗效。方法选择2007年5月—2009年5月经病理组织学确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤变患者112例行LEEP手术。统计手术时间、术中出血量并进行术后随访分析其临床疗效。结果手术时间5~40min,平均为(9±2.5)min。术中出血3~52ml,平均出血量为(12.5±3)ml。术后病理与术前一致者86例(76.8%),与术前不符者26例(23.2%),其中病变加重者16例(14.3%),病变减轻者10例(8.9%)。随访时间7~24个月,平均随访时间12.5个月。复发1例,残余2例,余患者均痊愈。结论 LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变取得了良好的效果,是一种较为安全有效的方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods One hundred and eleven cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia diagnosed by biopsy were treated with LEEP.The operation time,the blood loss and postoperative outcomes were observed.Results The preoperative pathological diagnosis of 86 cases(76.8%)were consistent with that of the postoperative ones.And 26 cases(23.2%) were not consistent.Conclusion LEEP in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia had achieved good results and is a relatively safe and effective method.
