摘要
目的探讨和胃安神法对亚健康失眠者的临床症状及睡眠质量的改善效果。方法 148例亚健康失眠者随机分为对照组(73例)与试验组(75例),分别采用养心安神法与和胃安神法治疗,疗程均为4周,治疗前后应用亚健康中医证候测量量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表进行量表检测评分。结果对照组与试验组的总有效率分别为71.2%与92.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前对照组与试验组的症状总分分别为(166.84±19.75)分和(172.73±23.54)分,治疗后两组的症状总分分别为(101.27±14.06)分和(89.61±15.71)分,两组患者症状总积分降低均较显著,但试验组中医临床症状的改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和试验组的睡眠质量完全改善率分别为64.4%和81.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前对照组与试验组的PSQI总分分别为(12.00±2.13)分和(12.47±2.68)分,治疗后两组的PSQI总分分别为(10.17±2.26)分和(8.95±1.14)分,两组患者治疗前后PSQI总分的变化均较显著,但试验组PSQI总分降低程度较对照组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和胃安神法对亚健康失眠治疗效果明显,能显著改善亚健康失眠者的临床症状和睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the method of harmonizing stomach to tranquilize in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for sub-healthy people with insomnia on clinical symptom and sleep quality.Methods Totally 148 insomniacs with sub-health were randomly divided as control group(n=73) and trial group(n=75),which were treated by TCM methods of reinforcing heart to tranquilize and harmonizing stomach to tranquilize respectively with a course of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment all objects were scored by Measuring Scale of TCM Syndrome for Sub-healthy State(MSSSHS) and Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) respectively.Results The total effective rate on ameliorating clinical symptoms was 71.2% in the control group,and 92.0% in the trial group(P0.01).Before treatment the scores of clinical symptoms were(166.84±19.75) and(172.73±23.54) in the control and trial group respectively,and after treatment(101.27±14.06)and(89.61±15.71)respectively,the scores of both groups were significantly reduced,but the improved effect was better in the trial group than in the control group(P〈0.05).The improving rate of sleep quality was 64.4% in the control group,and was 81.3% in the trial group(P〈0.05).Before treatment the total PSQI scores of sleep quality were(12.00±2.13) and(12.47±2.68) in the control and trial group respectively,and after treatment(10.17±2.26) and(8.95±1.14)respectively,with a remarkable change in both groups;however the the degree of reduced PSQI scores was more remarkable in the trial group than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The method of harmonizing stomach to tranquilize has a significant effect to insomnia with sub-health,remarkably improving the clinical symptoms and sleeping quality of the insomniacs with sub-health.
