摘要
目的总结临床药师深入肾内科查房的工作经验和药学评价。方法结合临床药师深入肾内科提供药学服务的情况,总结开展临床药学服务的主要内容。结果临床药师针对临床各方面需要发挥药学专长,在肾内科开展药学服务取得初步成效。结论临床药师只有利用自己的药学专长,从基础到专业扎扎实实在临床做下去,才能为患者提供满意的药学服务。
Objective To summarize the practice and pharmaceutial assessment of clinical pharmacists round in the Nephrology.Methods As clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care in the Nephrology,we summarized of the main elements of clinical pharmacy services.Results The clinical expertise in all aspects of clinical pharmacist was edused in the ward and pharmaceutical care was achieved in the Nephrology.Conclusion In order to provide satisfactory pharmaceutical services to patients,the clinical pharmacist pharmacy should eduse their expertise and round in clincal ward Constantly.
