丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮氧化应激状态的影响

Intervention Effect of Danzhijiangtang Capsule on Vascular Endothelium Injury Induced by Oxidative Stress in Type Two Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察纯中药制剂丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮氧化应激状态的影响。方法将46例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予常规治疗(格列奇特和阿卡波糖,但禁用抗氧化剂);治疗组另加用丹蛭降糖胶囊,两组疗程均为20周。治疗前后分别检测两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血清胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI),测定血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果两组患者治疗前FPG、2hPG、FINS、FFA水平,IRI及氧化应激相关指标(SOD、GSH-PX、MDA)间差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者FINS、FFA水平,IRI及氧化应激指标间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹蛭降糖胶囊能降低胰岛素抵抗,干预2型糖尿病患者血管内皮氧化应激状态,改善内皮损伤。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of Danzhijiangtang Capsule（DJC） on type 2 diabetes＇ vascular endothelium injury induced by oxidative stress.Methods 46 patients were randomly devided into two groups including DJC trial group and western medicine control group（gliclazide and acarbose）,the therapy lasts for 20 weeks.Detect FBG,2 hPG,FINS,IRI,FFA,MDA,SOD before and after the therapy.Results The correlated index of patients of two groups were higher than normal,but they were improved significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion DJC can significantly relieve oxidative stress,improve the endothelial damage,delay the occurrence of vascular complication.
