养正胶囊中莪术油提取及包合工艺的优化

The Characterization of the Extraction Technology of Ezhu Oils in Yangzheng Capsule and Preparation Process of β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex

目的优选最佳莪术油的提取及其β-环糊精包合的工艺。方法通过正交试验筛选提取及β-环糊精包合工艺,β-环糊精包合物用研磨法制备。结果以挥发油提取率为评价指标,最佳提取工艺为:药材粉碎成30目,加8倍量水煎煮4h。以包合物的收率为评价指标,优选出最佳包合工艺为:A3B2C3,该工艺的重现性好,平均包合率为62.9%。结论增加莪术油的稳定性,保证了产品的质量。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oils from ezhu and preparation process of β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex（β-CD）of ezhu oil.Methods The extraction technology of volatile oils from ezhu is optimized by orthogonal test,β-CD is prepared with grinding method by orthogonal test too.Results Taking the yield of oil extraction yield as measure index.The optimum extraction process is as follows：screen mesh of 30,adding 8-folds water,extracting for 4h.Taking the yield of β-CD as measure index.The best optimum technology is A3B2C3.The Experiment is repeatable,the average yield of β-CD is 62.9%.Conclusion Stability of oil and quality of productive are exceedingly improved.
