摘要
目的探讨小切口胆囊切除术的疗效及治疗体会。方法对我院2010年1月—2011年1月30例行小切口胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组30例患者,平均切口长度4.7cm;平均手术时间为52.8min;平均术中失血量59.4ml;患者平均住院时间5.8d。结论小切口胆囊切除术手术效果好,手术时间短、术中出血量少、并发症发生率低,值得基层医院推广和应用。
Objective To approach the clinical effects of Mini-cholecystectomy（MC）.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 30 cases of Mini-cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 was made.Results Of 30 cases,the average cutting length was 4.7 cm;the average operation time was 52.8 min;the average bleeding amount was 59.4 ml;the average hospital day was 5.8 days.Conclusion Mini-cholecystectomy has good effect,with short operative time,less peri-operative bleeding and lower occurrence of complications.
