门冬氨酸钾镁在腹部术后补钾的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价门冬氨酸钾镁在腹部术后患者补钾的临床疗效。方法对60例腹部手术患者进行平行、单盲、随机对照的临床试验,对照组单独应用10%氯化钾进行术后补钾,治疗组应用门冬氨酸钾镁替代部分10%氯化钾进行术后补钾。结果两组患者术前血清钾浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后当日、第1天、第4天血清钾浓度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后患者排气时间治疗组(3.52±0.42)d,对照组(4.52±0.32)d,两组比较有统计学差异意义(P<0.01)。结论门冬氨酸钾镁可替代部分氯化钾作为补钾的一种有效途径,比单纯应用氯化钾补钾效果更好。 Objective To investigate the effects of potassium supplement by potassium-magnesium aspartate after abdominal surgery.Methods A randomized controlled trial with single blind and parallel was applied on 60 patients after abdominal surgery.The control group was treated with 10% Potassium chloride,while the treatment group partly replaced the10% Potassium chloride with potassium-magnesium aspartate.Results The difference of serum potassium concentration in two groups before operation was not significant(P0.05).And in surgery day,the first and fourth day after surgery,the difference of serum potassium concentration was not significant,too(P0.05).The exhaust time was(3.52 ±0.42) days after surgery in the trial group and was(4.52 ±0.32) days in the control group,and the difference was significant(P0.01).Conclusion The potassium-magnesium aspartate can replace potassium chloride to add potassium partly,it is effective than application of potassium chloride alone.
