69例乳腺癌患者保乳手术联合放射治疗的临床效果观察

目的探讨乳腺癌患者保乳手术后联合放射治疗的适应证、手术方法及临床效果。方法回顾分析自2008年6月～2010年4月期间一组固定搭配的医师对69例处于Ⅰ、Ⅱa期(Ⅰ期46例;Ⅱa期23例)乳腺癌患者作统一方法的保乳手术,并规范化术后放疗的相关资料。结果保乳术后联合放射治疗病侧乳房外形均较好,两侧乳房基本对称,术后随访6～49个月,平均21.6个月,患者外形满意,随访无肿瘤复发和远处转移,无死亡病例。结论Ⅰ、Ⅱa期乳腺癌患者的保乳手术,术后给予放射治疗,疗效可靠,手术创伤小、保持形体改变小、术后乳房外形正常,患者生存质量提高,但必须正确掌握手术指征及合理的切除范围,同时要保证术后的综合治疗及严格的随访制度。

Objective To investigate patients with breast cancer after breast conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy of the indications, surgical methods and clinical results. Methods A retrospective analysis from June 2008 to April 2010 during which I fixed with a group of subjects physicians in 69 cases of stage Ⅰ,Ⅱa （Ⅰ period of 46 cases; Ⅱa period of 23 cases） of breast cancer patients with a uniform methodology for the security breast surgery and postoperative radiotherapy of standardized information. Results Breast radiotherapy after joint disease have a better side of the breast shape, symmetrical on both sides of the breast, patients were followed up for 6 to 49 months, an average of 21.6 months, patient satisfaction with the form, follow-up without tumor recurrence and distant metastasis, no deaths. Conclusion Ⅰ,Ⅱa breast-conserving surgery in patients with postoperative radiation therapy given, effect a reliable, minimally invasive surgery to maintain the physical changes in small, after a normal breast shape, to improve the quality of patient survival, but to master surgical indications must be correct and reasonable scope of the resection, at the same time to ensure that after the comprehensive treatment and strict follow-up system.
