弹性食物嵌塞矫治器的应用观察

目的探索后牙食物嵌塞的有效疗法。方法将47例后牙区混合型嵌塞病例随机分为观察组、对照组。观察组21例采用弹性食物嵌塞矫治器联合牙周治疗。对照组26例采用选磨调颌联合牙周治疗。满意度调查使用效果。结果观察组满意度达90.48%,明显优于对照组。结论弹性食物嵌塞矫治器可有效防止食物嵌塞。

Objective To investigate the effective therapyIn posterior food impaction. Methods 47 patients who suffered mixed food impaction of posterior area were randomly divided into observation group, control group. The observation group, 21 cases of food impaction flexible appliance was used combined with periodontal treatment. Control group, 26 cases were selected and grinded adjustablely jointing treatment of periodontitis. All patients were surveyed by questionnaires to investigate wearing comforts. Results Observation group satisfaction rate reaches90.48%, effective with the control group has significant differences. Conclusion Elastic food impaction appliance may prevent food impaction effectively.
