影响256层CT冠状动脉成像质量的因素和对策

目的探讨影响256层CT冠状动脉成像质量的因素和对策。方法回顾性分析90例行256层CT冠状动脉成像的患者资料,按5级评分法评价冠状动脉各节段的成像质量,找出评分≤2的图像并分析主要的影响因素和找出解决的方法。结果 90例中有8例冠状动脉图像质量评分≤2,其中由于不会屏气5例、心率快伴心律不整2例、心电导联系统故障1例。结论屏气和心率(律)是影响256层CT冠状动脉成像质量的主要因素,在实际操作中,强化屏气训练、减慢和稳定患者的心率(律)非常重要。

Objective To study the influencing factor and countermeasures against image quality of coronary arteries angiography with 256 slices CT. Methods The images of 90 patients coronary arteries were assessed with 256 slices CT. Five-grade score was used to evaluate the coronary arteries quality, find the influencing factor and countermeasures for the score≤2. Results The score of 8 cases was≤2, of which, 5 patients did not hold their breath, 2 cases of patient’s heart rate were faster and irregular, and 1 case was due to the error of ECG-gated system. Conclusion Holding ones breath, the heart rate and the rhythm of the heart are the main factors which influence the image quality of coronary arteries angiography with 256 slices CT. It is very important to train hardly for holding patient’s breath, slower and stabilize the patients’ heart rates.
