小骨窗微创脑出血清除术治疗高血压脑出血

目的探讨小骨窗微创脑出血清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法将80例高血压脑出血患者随机分为对照组40例和实验组40例,对照组采用常规大骨瓣开颅血肿清除术,实验组采用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术。比较两组治疗后病死率、总有效率及并发症发生情况。结果实验组病死率、总有效率及并发症发生例数等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血创伤小、出血少、术式简单、术后并发症及病死率低,临床疗效肯定。

Objective To investigate Clinical diagnosis and treatment curative effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by Micro-Traumatic Operation to clearing hematoma in small born window.Methods Select 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 in the treatment group and 40 in the control group, the treatment group took Micro-Traumatic Operation to clearing hematoma in small born window, and the control group re-ceived craniotomy with bigger bone flap, after treatment, the mortality rate、 the effective rate and the complications happen circumstance were compared between the 2 groups. Results After operation, the mortality rate、the effective rate and the complications of treatment group were superior to that of control group, There was significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion The method of Micro-Traumatic Operation to clearing hematoma in small born window was minimal wound, little hemorrhage, simple, complication and mortality decrease, has affirmative advantage in curative effect.
