摘要
通过CCD采集作业现场复摆颚式破碎机破碎物料图像,以计算机处理平台,进行了颗粒复杂粘连图像的分水岭算法、分割等处理,并得到相应结果;由其数据可确定物料破碎比。
An image of curshing material in a jaw crusher is collected by CCD.By computer-based processing platform,the ImageJ image analysis software is used to process the image which has a complex adhesion of grain boundaries with methods of watershed algorithm and image segmentatioc,by which some results are obtained and from which the crushing rate may be achieved.
