人口老龄化下的城市社区居家养老模式探析--以贵阳市陕西路社区为个案

当前我国面临着严峻的老龄化问题，如何应对老龄化挑战，让老年群体幸福地安度晚年已成为社会关注的焦点。社区居家养老，作为一种可持续的养老模式，正成为新形势下发展老年福利事业的重要途径。本文以贵阳市陕西路社区为个案，对城市社区居家养老模式进行了尝试性探索，从经费、机制、服务队伍等方面分析了社区居家养老存在的问题及相应对策，并重点考虑了社工在其中的长效介入。

At present, China is facing severe problems of aging. How to deal with the challenges of aging, making the old-age people spend their remaining years in happiness has become the focus of attention. Community Supporting Care, as a sustainable mode of development is becoming an important way under the new circumstances. In this paper, I take Shanxi Road community of Guiyang City as a case model for finding the problems and corresponding countermeasures, and especially thinking about the long-term intervention of social work .
