摘要
对机动车排放模型及其应用进行了系统的分析和介绍,提出了根据总量控制的要求采取类似于碳排放额度的方法实现减排目标,并将这一思路应用于中国进出口汽车的检验检疫中。
Main models and application were introduced.An idea that according to requirements to achieve target of reduce emission was raised similar to quota of carbon emission.This idea would be used in Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine of china.
