正文：1917年11月2日英国政府以外交大臣贝尔福致函英国犹太复国主义联盟领导人罗斯柴尔德勋爵的形式，发表了著名的《贝尔福宣言》。犹太复国主义组织内部借此机会统一有关建国方面重大问题的思想；该宣言发表后；对促进阿里亚运动大规模的发展和犹太人加快在巴勒斯坦购买土地的步伐都起到了重要作用．也对日后犹太人民族家园的建立起到了巨大的推动作用。
