摘要
把汽车技能大赛的培训及相关的考核方法应用于高职汽车检测与维修技术专业的技能型人才培养中,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,并且学生的就业技能有了很大的提高,考核方式的多样化也体现了考核评价的客观性。
Applying the trainning and the inspection of the automobile skill competition in automobile examination and service technology specialty to the foster of the skilled person,we can stimulate student's study interest and enhance the employment skills.The inspection appraisal objectivity can be manifested by the inspection way's diversification.
