摘要
本文以C小学56名教师为被试,考察了其学校文化发展现状。结果表明:从整体上看,学校文化发展的整体水平很高,由高到低依次为学校文化参与性、一致性、使命、适应性;学校文化整体上更关注学校内部发展,对外部环境的敏感度较差;学校文化更注重稳定与层级性,灵活性稍有欠缺;校长与教师对学校文化认知存在系统性偏差。
Based on Denison's organizational culture model, this paper develops a questionnaire called the questionnaire of school culture development status that is more suitable for China. The research team tested the principal and 56 other teachers of C primary school, diagnosing and assessing the school culture development level of the school. The outcome of the questionnaire analysis shows that the overall school culture level of the school is satisfactory, the school pays more attention on internal development and dis- plays less sensitivity to its external environment, the school focuses on its st'ability and hierarchy, which leads to defect on flexibility and there is systematic bias between the school culture cognition of the prin- cipal and the teachers.
