摘要
空冷凝汽器系统气密性试验时,系统内气体温度变化相较于环境温度变化具有迟滞性,且阳光直射、重力等因素致使系统内气体的温度、压力并非均匀分布。数据测量偏差及数据处理精度成为气密性试验的控制难点,通过合理设置测点及选择数据处理方法保证试验的准确性。
The change of inside gas temperature is slower than that of environment temperature while conducting air-seal experiment for Air-cooled Condenser system,and factors such as direct sunlight and gravity cause inside gas temperature and pressure becoming non-uniform.Measuring errors and data processing precision govern the output of such experiments,thus it is essential to select reasonable measuring points and data processing technique in order to ensure the success of experiment.
