双波长分光光度法测定注射用更昔洛韦和卡络磺钠的含量

Determination of content of ganciclovir and carbazochrome sodium sulfonate injection by double wavelength spectrophotometry

目的考察注射用更昔洛韦与卡络磺钠配伍的稳定性。方法采用紫外双波长分光光度法,分别测定注射用更昔洛韦和卡络磺钠配伍前后溶液的含量变化,并观察配伍液的外观、pH值。结果在室温(25℃)条件下,注射用更昔洛韦和卡洛磺钠配伍后0～6h内溶液的含量、pH值、外观等均无明显变化。结论注射用更昔洛韦和卡洛磺钠可配伍使用,建议在6h内用完,更为安全有效。

Objective To observe the compatibility of ganciclovir with carbazochrome sodium sulfonate.Methods Adopted UV double wavelength spectrophotometry,detected the content change before and after combination of ganciclovir with carbazochrome sodium sulfonate.Observed the change of the combination solution in appearance and pH.Results The content,color and pH value for the mixed solution determined and different time within 0~6h after mixting at room temperature had no significant change.Conclusion Ganciclovir can ba mixed with carbazochrome sodium sulfonate injection;Building up within 6h,more safer and effective.
