The clinical nursing experience of patients with malignant tumor during chemotherapy:on 90 cases report

目的总结恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的护理体会。方法对90例恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间存在的护理问题进行分析,提出有效的护理措施。结果 90例患者均能接受化疗,并顺利完成化疗计划。结论对患者进行全面的护理,是顺利完成化疗计划的保证。患者出现化疗不良反应时,提供合适的护理措施,能减轻患者痛苦,提高患者化疗期间生存质量。

Objective To approach the nursing methods of patients with malignant tumor during chemotherapy.Methods Analysed the nursing issues among the 90 cases tumor patients,proposed effective nursing measures.Results 90 cases patients all count accept chemotherapy,and completed chemotherapy plans successfully.Conclusion For patient with comprehensive nursing,can ensure the chemotherapy plan successfully completed.When patient with chemotherapy toxicity,provide proper nursing measures,can alleviate patient＇s pain,improve the patient＇s quality of survival during chemotherapy.
