围术期患者凝血功能的监测与评估 被引量:1

摘要 目前由于手术及创伤的刺激、预防性止血药物的滥用及术前影响凝血功能药物的广泛应用等因素,患者围术期凝血功能变化异常复杂。如何科学地评估患者围术期凝血功能并及时、正确地进行干预治疗困扰着广大麻醉科医师。本文就国内外关于围术期凝血功能监测与评估的相关进展做一综述,以便及时发现患者异常凝血功能,并及时做出正确处理。
