摘要
目的:探讨异位妊娠患者的临床特点及基层医院手术治疗方法。方法:对25例异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果:25例患者中输卵管妊娠20例,卵巢妊娠4例,腹腔妊娠1例,均行手术治疗,痊愈出院。结论:异位妊娠与多因素相关,需早期诊断,手术治疗疗效好。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and the surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A retrospective study was undertaken to analyze the clinical characteristics of 25 cases.Results:There were 20 cases of tubal pregnancy,4 cases of ovarian pregnancy,and 1 case of abdominal pregnancy.All patients were given a surgical operation and were well recovered.Conclusion:Ectopic pregnancy is related to many factors,but the key is to have an early diagnosis and a surgical treatment.
