冷冻治疗外耳道真菌病283例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Effect of Cryotherapy on External Canal Fungus

目的：探讨外耳道真菌病冷冻治疗的方法及疗效。方法：对2008年至2011年间外耳道真菌病283例进行液态氮冷冻治疗，1周1次，共3～5次。治疗后随访3月。结果：治愈率达86％，有效率10％，无效4％，无不良反应。结论：液态氮冷冻是治疗外耳道真菌病的有效方法。

Objective:To explore the effect of cryotherapy on external canal fungal disease.Method:283 cases(2008-2011) of external canal fungi were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,once a week,a total of 3～5 times,and after the treatment they were given three months' follow-up.Results:The curative rate was 86%,the effective rate was 10%,and 4% was invalid without ill effects.Conclusion:Liquid nitrogen freezing treatment is effective for external canal fungal disease.
