摘要 结合焊接变形测量研究现状及其发展前景提出了一种基于摄影测量理论的非接触式测量方法。采用该方法对焊接变形进行了动态测量试验研究。结果表明,该方法可以很好的应用于焊接变形动态测量中,并且该方法还可以根据某一时刻各个点的位移值近似计算出整个焊件在此刻的变形云图。 Combined with the present situation and its development prospect of welding deformation measurement technology, a new non-contract measurement method was suggested for welding deformation on the basis of photogram- metric theory, and the dyanmic welding deformation was measured by this method. The result was well in accordance with displacement sensor~. In addition, the deformation distribution of whole weldment can be obtained by this meth- od.
