摘要
针对81D柴油机水泵选用与29D柴油机水泵同型号轴连轴承用户中发生轴连轴承早期磨损漏水问题,通过借鉴36D柴油机水泵选用29D柴油机水泵轴连轴承用户故障率高的改进经验,展开对29D、36D及81D水泵轴连轴承的理论寿命进行校核,改进水泵轴连轴承设计并通过台架试验及用户验证,解决了81D水泵轴连轴承早期磨损漏水问题。
To tackle the problem of water pump leakage of 810 Diesel Engine that adopted the same bearing for the water pump of 29D Diesel Engine, strength and reliability checking calculation was mad for the bearings used by engines of 29D, 36D and 81D. Based on the calculation, improvement of bearing design was conducted for 81D engine by referring to the successfully experience of design improvement of D36 Diesel Engine water pump bearing. Rig and field tests showed that the improvement meets design requirement and prevents the water pump from early wear and leakage.
