摘要
文章论述了流体控制器结构及工作原理,提出了双蝶板式阀流体控制器结构,从理论和实验方面对传统截止式阀流体控制器及蝶板式阀流体控制器流态与流阻关系进行能量损失分析与计算,证明双蝶板阀流体控制器具有显著的节能效果。
By the structure and operating principle for fluid controller discussed, the double butterfly disc fluid controller structurehave been put forward, and the energy loss analysis and calculation through the relatioushipbetweenflowand flow resistaneefor the traditional stop fluid controller and the butterfly disc controller donefrom the theoretical and experimental aspects, the double butterfly disc fluid controller have been proved to possess the significant energy-saving effect.
