文章针对现有炼钢厂大方坯连铸机铸坯导向装置——密排辊的使用效果欠佳,维修、安装困难等缺点,结合该产品在制造过程中的难点,依据该设备在弧形段安装、使用的设计原理,提出了一种新型的结构优化、加工简单的大方坯连铸设备密排辊设备。

In this paper, aiming at the problem of continuous casting close-packed roll equipment used in steel plant：the effeet is not good,maintenanee and installation is difficult,combined with its design principles and product diffieulties,a continuous casting close-packed roller equipment with optimized structure optimization and processing is designed.
