This paper adopts the OPPC new optical fiber cable, on the basis of the power systenfs present situation and the characteris- tic and development dil^ction, and elaborates the buihling plan of new trsnsmission platform of the power distribution integrated in- formatization, This plan build the foundation for the medium or low voltage power distribution network automation,and improves the power supply quality as well as the power usage＇ s reliability and the integrated management level of the power enterprise.
