摘要
针对传统光伏发电DC/DC变换器工作在硬开关状态时,因开关损耗大、开关管所承受的电压电流大等缺点导致的系统效率下降问题,采用了一种软开关Boost变换器,其结构简单,易于控制,大大减少了变换器工作中的开关损耗,并且降低了开关管所承受的压降。最后通过仿真和实验证明变换器的主、辅开关管和续流二极管均能实现软开关,从而提高了光伏发电传输效率。
The switching loss,voltage and current stress of switching device is large and other shortcomings resulting in decrease efficiency of the system,when the traditional photovoltaic DC/DC converters operate in hard switching state.A soft switch Boost converter with simple structure,easy control is proposed which can greatly reduce switching losses and pressure drop of switching device.Finally,simulation and experimental results verify the converter main and auxiliary switch and freewheeling diode can achieve soft switching,thus transmission efficiency of photovoltaic power generation is improved.
