早期干预透明质酸钠凝胶前房成形术在青光眼滤过术中的治疗与探讨

The treatment and investigation in trabeculectomy with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel to treat the anterior chamber early

目的:分析与探讨青光眼滤过术中前房充盈困难的原因及早期干预施行透明质酸钠凝胶前房成形术的治疗和疗效。方法:对10例青光眼滤过术中前房充盈困难的病例施行透明质酸钠凝胶前房成形术,即整个手术为青光眼小梁切除+丝列霉素+虹膜周切术+透明质酸钠凝胶前房成形术。结果:10例青光眼滤过术后眼压控制正常,前房加深,视功能无恶化,未发生恶性青光眼。结论:青光眼滤术中前房充盈困难的原因主要有二:一是滤过太强,二是恶性青光眼的前期表现。早期干预透明质酸钠凝胶前房成形术对青光眼滤过术后浅前房有极大的治疗和预防作用。

Objective：To analyze and explore the cause of the difficult treat the anterior chamber;And the treatment and investigate in trabeculectomy with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel treat The anterior chamber early.Methods：Ten cases（10 eyes）were treated with trabeculectomy,MMC,peripheral,Sodium Hyaluronate Gel treat.The effectiveness of treatment was observed.Results：All 10 patients（10 eyes） were cured after surgery（the tension were Normal,deeply anterior chamber,no-badly visual,not appear ciliary-block glaucoma）.Conlusions：The cause of the difficulty in treating the anterior chamber have two：one of full penetrating in trabeculectomy;one of the early ciliary-block glaucoma.In trabeculectomy with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel to treat the anterior chamber early is an effective method.
