79例人工流产术后继发性不孕的临床分析

The clinical analysis of the secondary infertility of the 79 patients after induced abortion

目的:探讨人工流产术后继发性不孕的主要原因。方法:回顾分析2008年2月至2011年2月来我站就治的79例人工流产后继发不孕患者的临床资料,对79例不孕症患者全面体格检查,查找不孕的原因。结果:79例继发不孕症患者中双侧输卵管粘连阻塞31例占38.8%,宫腔粘连14例占18.2%,子宫内膜炎18例占23.0%盆腔炎性粘连21例占26.6%月经失调11例占14.3%,宫颈炎5例占6.8%,心理因素6例占8.2%。结论:人工流产术后产生的多种并发症是导致临床继发不孕的主要原因。医疗及计生部门加强孕前保健教育,采取避孕措施,避免意外妊娠。医务人员应严格掌握人工流产术的适应证和禁忌证,做好围手术期准备,术中严格遵守无菌操作,减少手术创伤,术后及时有效处理各种并发症,是降低人工流产后继发性不孕症的主要预防措施。

Objective：Discussing the primary cause of the secondary infertility after the induced abortion.Methods：The clinical retrospective analysis of the 79 patients with secondary infertility after induced abortion,who were treated from February 2008 to February 2011 in our center,with comprehensive medical examination for the cause of infertility.Result：Of the 79 patients,31 cases with the two-sided conglutination（38.8%）;14 with intrauterine adhesion（18.2%）,18 with endometritis（23.%）.21 with pelvic inflammatory disease（26.6%）,11 with menstrual disorder（14.3%）,5 with cervicitis（6.8%）,6 because of psychological factors（8.2%）.Conclusion：The primary cause of the secondary infertility are the various complications after the induced abortion.The medical service and the birth control department should strengthen the health education of the pregnant.Taking the contraceptive measure to avoid the accidental pregnancy is very important.The medical personnel should grasp strictly the adaptation and contraindication of induced abortion,preparig for encircles surgery time.In operation the system of technique must be followed strictly,reducing surgery wound,effectively treating each kind of complication,which are the main preventive measure to reduce the secondary infertility after the induced abortion.
