摘要
随着油价的飚升,低产油井的挖潜增效成为人们关注的焦点。针对低产油井,间歇出油,产量很低但消耗巨大等问题,定义盈利能力L函数,以油井最大盈利能力为目标,利用低产油井间开生产的生产动态数据,将液面下降和恢复数据拟合成方程,编制Visual Basic程序利用试算法求得盈利最大时对应的开关井时间。结合现场实例计算出一口低产井的合理工作制度,极大地提高了低产井的经济效益。
With the dramatic rise in oil prices,the tap potentialities for more benefits in low production well is becoming the focus of attention.Aim at the problems of intermittent give oil、low capacity and high energy use in low production well.Defining the profits function L, it is a target with gain the biggest profits.A fitting equation of the reducing and rising rate of the liquid level and time is built combined with the data of production performance.Constitute VB process and use trial and error procedure by the computer to gain the best openshut in time.This paper calculates a low production well's best open-shut in time combining with the example of site practice.It is showed that this method was good and economic benefit was improved.
