国外城市发展文化创意产业的金融支持研究

The Financial Support Research of Foreign Cities on the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industry

随着知识经济的兴起和全球化的发展,文化创意产业这个新兴产业已逐渐成为推动经济增长的重要力量,受到越来越多国家和地区的重视。我国也在"十二五"规划中明确提出要加强文化创意产业在城市中的支柱地位。本文研究伦敦、纽约和东京三个富有特色的国际城市文化创意产业的金融支持政策及其启示,以期对我国城市文化创意产业的发展有所借鉴。

With the rise of knowledge - based economy and the development of globalization, the cultural and creative industry as an emerging industry has become an important power boosting economic growth and gains attention in more and more countries and regions. China also emphasizes to strengthen the pillar position of the cultural and creative industry in urban development in the ＂ 12th five - year plan＂. This paper tries to analyze the develop- ment status, financial support policies and the enlightenment of three distinctive international cities （London, New York and Tokyo）, in order to promote the development of cultural and creative industry to a certain extent in our country.
