摘要
由于犯罪社会历史性和它本身存在的部分科学因素致使人们在研究犯罪问题时,特别是在研究犯罪生物学与伦理关系产生矛盾时常常陷入困境。文章阐述了这种矛盾产生的根源,分析了研究此种矛盾的价值所在。
Researchers are always in a difficult position in the study of crimes,especially in the study of relationship between criminal biology and ethics because of the social,historical and partly scientific characteristics in the crime study.This paper explores the roots of this problem in criminal biology study and analyzes the importance of this study.
