新生代农民工返乡创业的现状及扶持机制

Present Situation and Supporting Mechanism of New Generation Migrant Workers' Returning to Hometown for Entrepreneurship

农民工返乡创业是我国从城乡二元结构向现代社会经济结构转变过程中的一个战略性问题。新生代农民工是我国改革开放后成长起来的特殊群体,是推动我国经济发展的重要新生力量。在对沿海、内陆26个省份的现实及潜在创业者进行深入的调研访谈的基础上,分析了新生代农民工返乡创业的现状,对新生代农民工返乡创业的扶持机制提出了政策建议。

Migrant rural workers＇ returning to hometoun for entrepreneurship is a strategic question in the transition of our country from urban a-rural binary structure to modern social and economic structure.The new generation migrant workers are the special group brought up after China＇s Reform and Open,they are the important new strength which enhance the economic development and social reform.On the basis of in-depth researches and interviews of the reality and potential entrepreneurs in twenty-six provinces coastal or inland,this paper analyzes the present situation of new generation migrant workers＇ returning to hometown for entrepreneurship,and proposes some policy suggestions on the supporting mechanism.
