摘要
GIS的二次开发技术,可以为供水管网信息系统的建设提供技术支持。以ArcEngine提供的控件和对象接口为平台,基于COM组件与面向对象的编程语言Delphi,构建了供水管网信息系统。根据系统的整体架构及其设计方案,重点对空间查询、数据编辑等功能与专题数据的组织和管理方式进行了设计。运行结果表明,系统性能稳定、功能实用,为相关系统的建设和管理提供了一定的借鉴。
The second-time developing technique of GIS is an effective method to develop water service pipeline(WSP) information system.With the platform of the modules and object interface supplied by ArcEngine,we designed and developed a WSP information system using the COM component and the object-oriented programming environment of Delphi.Based on the overall structure of the system,we proposed the scheme of the design,including the spatial query,data editing and the organization and management of the theme data.The operational state of the system shows that the function of the system is steady and practical,and it can provide references for the development and management of other similar systems.
