包钢配加蒙古矿粉烧结的试验研究

摘要 文章研究了在包钢烧结混合料中配加蒙古矿的烧结特性,并对烧结矿的矿物组成及冶金性能进行了对比,结果表明,蒙古矿的配加,使烧结矿转鼓强度升高,固体燃耗下降。因此,配加蒙古矿是提高烧结矿产质量及降低固体燃耗的重要措施,2010年蒙古矿在包钢烧结应用中取得了良好的效果。 In this paper,the sintering properties of mixture with Mongolian mineral powders in Sintering Plant of Baotou Steel are studied,as well as the mineral composition and metallurgical performances of agglomerate are compared.The results show that the drum strength is increased and the solid consumption is decreased by adding Mongolian mineral powders.Therefore,it is an important measure for improving quality of agglomerate and reducing solid consumption.The effects of adding Mongolian mineral powders were good at applying in sintering of Baotou Steel in 2010.
