重轨混钢区钢坯碳含量分布及轨性能研究

摘要 以包钢5#铸机对称六流中间包结构为研究对象,通过对上下炉成品中间包碳差大于0.03%的中包混钢区部分的钢坯及所轧钢轨横、纵向断面上的碳含量分布情况、波动范围及力学性能的研究,解析了上下炉碳差大于0.03%对重轨钢混钢区钢坯、钢轨的碳含量分布范围及其对钢轨性能的影响。 Taking the structure of symmetric six-strand tundish of 5# casting machine in Baotou Steel as the object of study and through studying the distribution of carbon content,fluctuation range and mechanical properties for billets in mixed steel area of tundish in which the carbon difference of finished products is greater than 0.03% as well as the horizontal and vertical sections of steels,the effects of carbon difference greater than 0.03% on the distribution of carbon content for billets and rails in mixed steel area as well as properties of rails are analyzed.
