摘要
为了满足超宽振动蓖板的蓖面上大颗粒物料自动下料工艺要求,针对微粉处理工艺流程,根据实际生产情况,自行研究设计了一种矿渣微粉专用筛分输送机械,通过三立面传振结构设计,解决了超宽振动蓖板振幅较小、强度不足及运输问题,减轻了破碎压力,提高了磨机产能。
According to the process requirements of large particle material' s automatic feeding from the surface of super-wide vibrating comb board, aiming at the process flow of slag powder processing, based on the practical condition,the article researches and designs a kind of screening and conveying machine special for slag powder, by three facades transmission vibration structure, solves the problem of too small amplitude,insufficient strength and conveying problem in superwide vibrating comb board, reduces the crushing pressure, improves the productivity of the mills.
