摘要
有芯感应电炉是铜加工生产中的长期连续作业设备,本文介绍了对感应体进行在线监测和报警的几种方法及其应用情况,借助于观察测温记录法、电参数变化记录分析法、在线直接电气测量等方法监测感应体故障,在感应体耐火材料寿命接近或达到其最长使用寿命时,可以有计划地进行感应体的更换。
In the copper production,the cored induction furnace is a continuous working equipment for long time. This paper introduces several kinds of methods and application of online monitoring and alarming for the inductor,monitors the failure of inductor by these methods,such as observing temperature recording method, electrical parameters vibration recording, online direct electrical measurement, when the inductor＇ s refractory material life approaches or reaches the longest service life,it is able to change the inductor designedly.
