摘要
为了对电能表的位置进行准确的识别,提出了一种电表轮廓检测的新方法。采用机器视觉技术读取电表图像,然后对目标进行提取和识别,获取需要的电表信息。该方法利用液晶屏的识别,液晶屏外围矩形环和表肚区域的确定,实现了电表的识别与精确定位;采用OpenCV编程实现了电表轮廓提取的完整过程。
In order to identify location of the meter accurately, a novel method of electric extraction detection is introduced. Machine vision technology is used to read the meter image, extraction and recognition of the target, so the electric meter information is obtained. The method using identification of LCD screen, LCD peripheral rectangular ring and meter belly area to implement accurate identification and location of meter. OpenCV implementation is used to implement the meter contour extraction process.
