摘要 目的探讨哌甲酯对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童探究性眼动的影响。方法将50例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿设为研究组,抽取同期体检的38名健康少年儿童设为对照组。研究组于口服哌甲酯前后进行探究性眼动检测,对照组进行常规探究性眼动检测,对两组检测结果进行对比分析。结果研究组口服哌甲酯2h后凝视点数目、反应性探究分测定结果均高于治疗前(P〈0.05);服药前后凝视点数目、反应性探究分测定结果均低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论哌甲酯能显著改善注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的视觉认知功能。 Objective To explore the effect of methylphenidate on exploratory eye movements (EEM)of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Fifty ADHD children were assigned to research group and 38 healthy children selected from medical examination in the corresponding peroid to control group. EEMs were detected after taking orally methylphenidate in the research group and routine EEMs in control group, and findings contrastively analyzed. Results In 2 hours after taking orally methylphenidate, numbers of eye fixations and responsive search scores were significantly higher in research group compared with pretreatment (P〈0.05); pre-and post-medication numbers of eye fixations and responsive search scores were significantly lower in the research than in control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Methylphenidate can improve visual cognitive function in ADHD children.
