道家认知疗法对抑郁症患者心理行为的影响

The effect of Taoist cognitive psychotherapy in inpatients with depression

目的探讨道家认知疗法对抑郁症患者心理行为的影响，为抑郁症的临床心理干预提供依据。方法将80例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，每组40例，两组均常规应用抗抑郁剂治疗，研究组联合道家认知疗法。观察6个月。于治疗前及治疗3个月、6个月末采用症状自评量表评定两组的心理行为状况。结果治疗后两组症状自评量表各因子分均较治疗前有显著下降（P〈0．05或0．01）；治疗3个月末，研究组除偏执因子外，其他因子分均较对照组下降更显著（P〈0．01），6个月末躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子分仍显著低于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论抗抑郁剂联合道家认知疗法改善抑郁症患者的各种心理行为症状以及焦虑抑郁症状效果更显著，更有利于患者的全面康复，显著优于单用药物治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of Taoist cognitive psychotherapy in patients with depression. Methods 80 inpatients met criteria of CCMD-3 for de-pression were divided into study group and control group randomly. The study group was treated with antidepressant and Taoist cognitive psychotherapy, and control group was treated only with drugs. The results were accessed by SCL-90 before and at 3 and 6 months after treatment. Results All factor＇s scores of SCL-90 dicreased more after treatment than before treatment in both groups. Compared with control group,each score except paronoid of SCL-90 in study group dicreased more 3 months after treatment, and the scores of somatization, depression,anxiety and hostility in study group were still lower 6 months after treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Patients received integral intervention including drug and Taoist cognitive psychotherapy can improve depressive and anxious symptoms better.
